Local artist Mark Golomb will teach you how to create a wire tree sculpture in one of four styles. You may choose between windswept, apple tree, birch tree forest or natural. Once you have created your tree, you’ll have the opportunity to paint the wire – either black, green or copper. You will then complete your sculpture by attaching your tree to a piece of granite.

About Mark Golumb

Mark has created commissioned wire trees of every design, shape, and dimension and shipped to 36 countries and 48 states. He is also a painter, working in oils on canvas, accepting commissions and freelancing seasonal works of art for display in various galleries and venues in Pennsylvania.  Mark has also illustrated children’s books, produced cartoons for periodicals, designed school athletic mascots, and pen and ink architectural illustrations. After retiring from a position with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, he now dedicates all of his time to workshops and painting commissions. Mark is the current president of the North Mountain Art League in Bloomsburg, Pa. and a board member of the Berwick Arts Association, as well as the Pennsylvania Arts Alliance.
